Manager Branch Pinjaman HSBC - Medan (Job Code:CF-04)
(Sumatera Utara - Medan)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving branch targets, maintaning service quality, and managing day-to-day branch operations
Requirements:
- Hold minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree from reputable university
- Must have 5 years experience in leading sales teams in finance/banking, insurance or retail industry
- Must have commercial acumen, personal credibility and a marketing orientation
- Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
- Must have good people management and development skills
- Exposure to customer credit would be advantage
- Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
- Has a strong drive to succeed
- Proficiency in Microsoft office is required
- Willing to be stationed at Medan
