Brief job description:
- To supervise and execute 1st level troubleshooting on faults related to Element Management Systems (EMS), EMS servers, end user OSS problem (network login, password, Email) and electrical devices such as (Fax, Copier, Printer, Telephones).
- To administrate the SMS Broadcast System used for Fault update and Planned Event notification.
- To conduct all maintenance works on EMS servers, NCC FM pool PC and other support system as well as all electrical devices in NCC are being conducted smoothly and as per procedure.
- To maintain and build all OSS database and ensure that it is in order and updated (softcopy and hardcopy).
Produce OSS monthly report.
